Microsoft and other forums are flooding with questions on how to fix Windows 10 Store error code 0X80072EE7 after users have upgraded to Windows 10. Instead of having a proper internet connection error code 0x80072ee7 does not allow you to open Windows Store. You must be getting an error message “The server has stumble” or “We cannot connect to the server” when trying to go in to windows store.

Generally, these are the possible ways to fix Windows Store 0X80072EE7 error. Most users have tried using the following fixes and have been successful in removing the error completely.

Try the below fixes and you are sure to overcome them.

Fix 1: Repair corrupted Window files

In general cases the corrupted window files will not allow you to access windows store or update any application through windows store. Corrupted files can be easily detected and repaired. Try the below steps

Fix 7: Delete static IP entries from hosts file

To perform Microsoft update of Windows update, various programs like DNS caching utilities, Web accelerators, DNS accelerators adds static IP entries to hosts and this might be the cause of the error 0x80072ee7. Follow the below steps to fix this.

Step 1: Go to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc

Step 2: Right click on HOSTS and open in Notepad

Step 3: Delete the comments and Save the changes.
