Chiquis Rivera said goodbye to the house that she bought only four years ago.
Singer Chiquis Rivera, 36 years old and the daughter of the late Jenni Rivera, recently got rid of the beautiful mansion she owned in Sylmar, California, as she confessed in a talk she had with Jomari Goyso. She has plans to move to Miami.
The property in question was purchased by the Long Beach-born on November 13, 2017, with $ 970,000 in order to share it with her brothers and later with Lorenzo Méndez, her ex.
Despite the fact that it was acquired only four years ago, the mansion considerably increased its value – Chiquis Rivera sold it on October 4 for $ 1,695,000 dollars.
According to real estate websites, the two stories residence was recently remodeled, and that could have been the determining factor in the increased price.
The house, which Chiquis herself boasted through her social networks was built in 2010, has 3,507 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, bar, office, balconies, garage, laundry room, among other rooms.
The kitchen is quite spacious and semi-open. It is equipped with white-tone cabinets, with high-end appliances and a central island that can function for preparing food, but also as a breakfast area.
The master bedroom has more than enough space for a large bed and a living room, even Chiquis set up a kind of dressing room there, which was where he put the final touches before going out to conquer California.
The bedroom also has, as expected, a very large dressing room, with a balcony, as well as a bathroom with double vanity, with a transparent shower and bathtub.
Outside, on its 0.51-acre lot, it has green areas, a terrace, a patio, a barbecue area, a resort-style pool with its respective spa area, a jacuzzi, a basketball court personalized with the logo of Los Angeles Lakers, guest house, gym, bonfire, among other amenities.
